I just got this out of the garage last week. I put it in pictures but thought I would post it here also. You guys with a 73-87's know what I did well. New rockers inner&outer, cab corners, floors, cab mounts, doors and inner&outer fenders. Plus a little rust repair to the front of the hood. It cost about $600 bucks for all my materials including paint.
RUST I HATE IT!!!     |
That is a really sweet truck.
:metal: :metal: |
I'm loving those aluminum wheels up front.

|
the hood isn't bent! Was it never bent or did you "adjust" it back to unbentness?

No 0 left off $600 about what I spent on the cab, and about $300 on the bed. I guess I wasn't thinking about the bed :crazy:I didn't take any before pics. I wish I had. cliffsta: No the hood hasn't ever been bent. When I put back together I lubed the hinges>it shuts great! Thanks guys! Here are a few more before the bed rebuild. |
Better stick it back in the garage right now until spring if you want it to stay that nice!
|
man, if I could get my GMC in that good of shape, I'd be very happy...

Cool... :D
It has a nice, clean look to it. |
