Going to look at a 1989 GMC Suburban.hat shoul I look for?

I am going out to look at a 1989 GMC Suburban today, and I need to know what I should be aware of. What are the strengths and weaknesses? I know the '89 is still a solid axle, but is it too weak? Give me any feed back you can.

i know they have alot of rot issues in the rear quarters.. im not a big burb guy ive always had the pickups
