U-Joint Question
I am looking to upgrade my u-joints in my '68 to handle the power of my new engine. I am running a '67 frame with a one piece driveshaft and am curious if anyone can tell me what yokes came stock. Are they the the 1310's or 1350's or what??? Any help or advice greatly appreciated!!

I believe stock are 1310 a good upgrade to handle 500+hp would be the 1350.

will the 1350 fit the stock driveshaft/yoke?? is spicer the recommended brand for high HP?? Thanks!

1350 is the size of the joint. It is physically larger and you would need new yokes for your transmission, rear end, and driveshaft. I run only Spicer joints when breakage is a concern. |
