That is a nice looking truck. Not too far from me either, that is if you don't mind four hour drives. I'll be down that way this weekend and if it was in my money range (which at this point isn't too high) I would be checking it out.

You would think, but some people get lucky at tax time and get a decent chunk of change in return. For instance me and my wife got our biggest return last year at just under 8 grand. The worst that I have done was I owed the government $800 two years in a row. It all depends on how many people you claim, deductibles and all that good stuff. It's a complicated system but my wife knows how to work it. :D

Hey bagged, why don't you make some kind of arrangements with the guy. Maybe put a down-payment on the thing until you get your tax return. :D
It works sometimes unless the person really needs the money or space. Hell, once you get all your paperwork together you could do turbo-tax over the computer and get your tax return within 10 business days. :metal:

Do it! Do it!

 I would like to know myself. I've never seen a c-40.

spencra 01-04-2005 09:04 PM

I did a quick search and I can't find a pic of a 67 C40 anywhere.

Does anybody have a pic of this truck?

bagged91 01-04-2005 10:49 PM

I know of a red C40 box truck off of Rt. 322 in Chester, PA near I-95(no tach/ no vac or air psi). I don't know the year. Anyone have any pics of the different years???? They all look the same to me...

spencra 01-04-2005 10:54 PM

I think that I might have seen one in a bone yard about a month ago. It was a big truck that didn't look anything like a 67-72 model truck but when I looked inside it had the same exact dash cluster that had the vac. I'm not sure but I think that it might have been a C40.

C-40??

3 Attachment(s)
Does the C-40 get classified as a medium duty truck?? Does it have the front corner of the door cut off for the big fenders?? Are the floors rounded in the corners like this one?? Firewall is 1.5" deeper also.
