1= 1/2 ton
4= pickup with cab and bed
0= 1970
z=freemont (assemble plant)
115108= 115,108th unit built

Actually, 115108 would mean the 15,108th built at that plant, not the 115,108th. They always started out with #100,000

That 100,000 number start point theory dosen't apply to GMC's in 70 or 71.
