Poly vs. Rubber Cab Mounts

Just looking for comparison on Poly vs Rubber Cab Mounts. Who has used each, what their impression of them is, upsides, downsides, etc. Also, what is the best/cheapest place to buy them from.

I am looking at buying cab mounts, thinking of going with Poly, but wondering if they are too stiff for a daily driver.

I had the Poly's for a few years, I drove my Truck on and off road. It was raised with 32" tires.. Rancho 9000 shocks. Never really thought about the ride quality. When I lowered it, One of the guys at Tuckers in Vegas ( Robert) said the rubber was a big difference in Ride quality over the Poly's. I bought the Rubber ones, but haven't put the Truck on the road yet....

The Poly's were still in like new condition when removed...

From what I've read the rubber (cab only) are a better way to go. Run poly everywhere else

I always buy new rubber GM mounts at the dealer. I figure if the originals lasted 30 years, why not replace them with another set?

I can't see any advantage to the poly ones.

I went with rubber. Someone started this EXACT thread about a month ago and got a TON of replies. You might wanna run a search.
