68 C20 dilema
To lift or lower...
I just got a 68 barn door C20 to transplant the drivetrain from my 68 tailgater which I bent the frame on recently. What options do I have in lifting/lowering a C20? I've heard that parts aren't available for C20s. Has anybody done either? |
early classics sells a conversion drop spindle to convert a 3/4 to 1/2.

Thanks!

you could go with drop coils and keep it a c-20. The ECE kit only makes the front a 1/2 ton..what about the rear?

Thanks Colin,
Is your 72 still for sale? I'm still not positive I will be keeping this c20. Let me know what you want for it and where you are located. Mark |

yes the 72 is still for sale. I am asking $7000 which is alot less than 1/2 of what I have into it. If I do not get it I will just sell my daily driver and finish it up... The truck is located in Ventura Co. off the 5 freeway and the 118 freeway. Just a few hours from SD

Thanks, it looks great and I understand all the work you have into it. I had a 93 burb that was all custom, shaved everything, and air ride. This is it, my first burb. I just found out that the guy I sold it to just sold it and it got stolen in L.A. a week later. If you see this running around notify the police.
