?? DOUG NASH Overdrive ????
Picked up this nice Doug Nash Overdrive unit. It is kind of neat in that it utilizes a drive shaft in the front instead of direct bolting up to the rear of a transmission. You could hook it up to any transmission which is perfect---Turbo 350, old 4 speed, Turbo 400, etc. It has mounts for attaching to an upper &/or lower crossmember which makes placement a piece of cake. You could probably utilize it in place of the carrier bearing. Probably too long for a short bed or blazer but perfect for a LWB or Longhorn truck. Believe it is rated to handle big HP. Electronically operated so no extra holes in the floor.
Any idea of worth if I should put it up for sale????? |

If I remember correctly, this is the same as a Gear Vendors unit, used to be called Hone Overdrive. New ones are 1500 and up I believe.
