Are my spindles dropped?

Anybody know how to tell if the spindles in my truck are drop spindles? Any measurements, etc?

Also gonna shorten my panhard bar myself, any comments?
Gonna make my own shock relocators as well, anybody else done it?

Thanks in advance.

Wrong direction. You'll want to lengthen it.

If he lowers the truck, he would want the bar shorter.

I guess it depends on what the question is really asking... if maintaining the current mounting points on both ends, then you are correct. It will have to be shortened. I (mis) understood the question in terms of whether having a shorter or longer overall length would be better... and for accuracy of control, longer and horizontal are better. Having said all that, I suspect he was thinking along the same lines as you. So... never mind :(
