1/2 ton suspension on a 3/4 ton frame?

Ok, ok.......

I know this has been discussed 10000 times on here, but I just wanted to clear something up in my head.

Still considering swapping my 3/4 ton suspension out to 1/2 ton suspension. So I am planning on pulling the A-arms, spindles, calipers, rotors, and all steering linkages off of a '75-'87 Chevy 1/2 ton truck. These parts should bolt up, correct? Are there any small issues that I have to keep an eye out for? Like steering box or anything?

Thanks all!!

Reid

no issues from 10 to 30 series parts, 1/2 ton arms are same size as 1 ton arms, nothing different except for ball joint case holes in the arms differ, happy swapping !
