not standard, and I don't even recall an option of it.
Is it listed on the glove box spid label?

can't read it ,its been scraped off, nothing their. but i know that this man was the only owner, he bought it new from the dealership. but he is no longer alive. i purchased it from his daughter. it was a 1967 3/4 ton stepside long bed.

The dealer could have installed them, but there was no RPO for them.

I have been told that some forestry or logging related businesses or government used the " odd duck" sizes to deter theft.
Just a thought.
