Sound proofing

Have you guys done anything to make your old truck more sound proof? If so, what did you use and do?

I noticed that they sell that brown bread stuff at Home Depot pretty cheap. I was planning on using that stuff for my cab :)

I used FATMAT and did the floor, back of cab, under the headliner and the lower doors. It mad a big difference.

I used Brown Bread in my doors and behind the door panels. It made a HUGE difference. I can't wait to do the rest of the truck. Take a look at this thread for more info-Look inside

Looks as though Brown Bread is no longer available. They've replaced (upgraded) it will B-Quiet. Still not as expensive as Dynamat though.
