Here are some more parts from the powder coater. He still needs to do my rotors, calipers core support inner fenders and rear tubs.

Sooner or later anything will rust. Powder coat is a thick layer of paint that is baked on instead of sprayed on. It keeps oxygen and water away from the metal longer (if prepped and done properly). It's also harder to chip which helps also.

So you can't say the parts will NEVER rust, but it should last years.

hey there,
i like the parts! i am located in chandler and was wondering who you had do your powder coating?? i am going to have a few parts as well & i thought that i would get arizona powder coat to do mine?? any feed back would be much appreciated lets see some picks of the whole truck!!

why would you powdercoat your rotors? it would just all chip off the first time you use your brakes..

I am going to have them cut, so the rest of it will be black. The coater I used is Quality Powder coat.
