I have one of those that I completely restored and can't use it in my 76, is it true they came in disels, I never knew that :rolleyes:

How come your not able to use it in your 76?

From what I have studied it is true. Ive always seen only passneger side trays. Except the diesel dual batt versions.

Hmm, I guess I scored then. I went to my local wrecking yard in search of one, found one under the hood of the first truck I came across and pulled it, paid my 5 bucks and went home :D

I didn't catch what you ment by PS, I dont have a place to mount it in my 76, It actually came off the 81 front end that was on the truck when I bought it, it dosent mate up with the 73-80 inner fender pieces that I have on it now.

Yeah, yours looks like my stock one for the passenger side. Which I guess makes sense why it wouldn't mate up right for the drivers side as an Aux one.

Yeah your mounts on the pass side as you can tell how the brackets sit on the base of it.

how much are the d/s trays worth?i have one in a 1985
