2.5/4 drop.
2.5 spindal 4" hanger shackel combo + 245/60R15 front & 255/60R15 rear tires. Total about 4/5 from stock. I plan to add 1.5 drop coils and 4" lowered leafs too.
Information on my drop kit installation availble here.

i fro got about the rear mine has a homemade flip kit with stock shackles and hangers with 10 leafs on each side (i know thats to much but we use to use this to haul stuff accross tx)

Hey Gchemist can you still lay under the truck and change the oil without using a floorjack and stands with 4/5 drop, and what will the 1.5 drop coils and 4" leaf springs do for the ride and handling? Also whats the lowest possible drop a person can use with 275/60/15 on all four corners, or are they too wide for the front?

Captkaos 06-29-2005 12:19 PM

Anything lower than factory you won't be able to lay under and change the oil. I was running 275/60/15's on mine and was at 4/6. On very large bumps the tire would hit the top of the inner fender.

i can lay under mine and change oil ive done it before my dad got pissed when i was under it messin with the frt bumper and he tried to get under it he told me to jack it up and im not a small guy either im 235 and i can get under mine with ease

CHEVYE 06-29-2005 12:46 PM

damn gchemist, i think the stance of your truck is perfect.

PRUNEDA 06-30-2005 11:24 AM

I'm using some 2.5" spindles, 2" coils, and a flip kit out back.
