Who wants to help me out?

I found a rust bucket of a Jimmy and the only way i can get it is to find someone to buy my dad's 78 el camino ss...somone please buy it.. ;)

they guy thought about a trade but then his wife shut down the deal casue he was suppose to get rid of cars not trade for another one...FUDGE STICK!!! :whine: :cuss:

then my dad will drive my truck and i will be rolling in a jimmy.

oh, my dad's car is blue booked at about 4,500 but he'll take 3,800 or more...dont tell him i gave out the botttom price.

305, 3 speed auto, cd, crappy speaker, 2 barrel, tried to fix a dent from my mom backing into it...probably will want new paint... :(, leather buckets with power and heat on driver side, power not hooked up for passenger, gauges work sometimes ( a good wack makes the oil, gas, and battery work) tach and speedo always work....new radiator and water bump custom pinstrip exepted where my dad painted, good gas millage, some morning smoke, till it warms up. rino lining vynal tonnal cover with cracks, newish tires

if anyone wants ot or knows someone who might...pass the word if u want....

Sneek the Jimmy home when he isn't looking! Put a tarp over it and he'll never notice!

I certainly don't need an el camino (or any other additional car) but you should post the car on craigslist.org.

$4000 for the jimmy, but id get him down to 3200 i hope...it needs a lot of work, rust on everything with cracked bondo, tranny is messed up and hesitates when you first shift into gear. needs heater core. cracked windshields and side window on top, cheezy sunroof on it. and so on...i think the whole floor will be rusted once the carpet comes out
a lot of the stuff i had to do on my truck when i first got it..

If your money situation is that tight, why not find a better truck to buy?
You'll be saving lots in the end.

There's certainly better out there for the same cash.

Just my opinion but I wouldn't give even 3200 for it if it's as bad as you say.

Good luck and congrats on your engagement.

I guess im just wishing, i think im just ready for a change, from lowered truck to convertable lifted beast of a rig, it just seems like it would be so uch fun, and i would rather have one that i built then by someone else. if i did get it i would just fix what i had to and leave the rust until im rolling in cash, which would be a while, but what fun i would have....
oh well :drama:

but in conclution, some buy my dad's car/truck, NOW

and thanks for the congrats...a little early but still, thanks.
