Custom PCM tunes for $150 with no core!

I just ordered a custom tuned PCM from Jesse at http://www.wait4meperformance.com/

They will tune your PCM for $75.00 + shipping or you get a new PCM tuned for $150.

You might want to check this out. This will be a huge improvement over my HPP3 programmer which will soon be on ebay :D

I received and installed my new PCM today, what a difference so far, my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts are nice, smooth and keep pulling, unlike stock and my HPP3 programmed settings.

The test will be this upcoming weekend, putting 1,000 miles on the truck round trip to Carlisle. Should see gains of 2-3 MPG along with the power improvements

I've had one on my truck since June. I've noticed increased highway mileage and a lower torque curve, meaning I can cruise in town going 35 in 5th gear, which really helps the in-town mileage too. All in all I'm very pleased and you can't beat his free upgrades for life deal, especially when he only lives an hour from me. :phat:

Good to hear, performance inprovement and increased MPG :D

Hey, where in Michigan is Clinton Township? You might be better off just driving to his place in Warsaw, IN if it's less than an hour or two away. He can tune it right in the cab without having to remove anything, and you can take a look at his 800hp Camaro.

I'm about 1/2 hour North of Detroit. I get to Indy in about 5 hours or so.
Mine showed up Wed afternoon, a day before I headed to Carlisle. I swapped it out on a few minutes and saw improvements right away. higher shift points, rev limiter, much better shifts, it keeps pulling through every gear

Top speed was 'taken care of' as well :D

I ended up averaging 17.8 MPG during the 1K mile trip running about 75 MPH with the AC blowing :D

where are you guys getting these done from i'm interested

Joe67 08-29-2005 07:41 AM

Hugger - see Jesse at http://www.wait4meperformance.com/

Now that I've calmed down a bit  I gained 1-2 MPG with mixed city/highway driving. With the increase in performance and a mild bump in MPG, I'm happy :D
