Having a 68 step side c-10 . Am not sure what the differential housing was originally assigned to. Did find some letters and numbers on the right side axel tube. They are stamped on the front side near the center section. F B 020 D. Is this enough information that someone out there would be able to help get this housing identified? Thank You for any help here..Larry

a half ton would have a GM 12 bolt rear in it 99.999% of the time. I've only heard of one or two dana rears in a 2 wheel drive 1/2 ton truck.
