1956 cab on a 1978 camaro frame
 

Has anyone ever attempted to put a 56 cab and bed on a 1978 camaro frame? would this be possible? :dum:

Well first off the Camaro doesn't have a full frame. It has a sub-frame which is attached to the car. The rest of the car is unibody type structure. If you're new to all this and reading about Camaro sub-frame. What is being done is the subframe is being used from the Camaro and attached to the pickup chassis. For in inexperienced builder/welder/fabricator it can be difficult. There's a lot of measuring and I mean alot to do, if the subframe is off the truck won't track down the road properly.
