I had to sell my K5, I needed another work truck. What makes it worse is I traded it for a 2wd f-150 :( , it is nice getting over 10 mpg though. Actually I've saved enough money to buy another toy (kind of) Just got it hooked up and filled today, nevermind the glass full of foam ha ha, I am still trying to get the CO2 set up right. Oh and I have my eyes on a 70's 1/2 swb factory 454 in Vegas going REAL cheap so maybe I wont sell the yellow truck after all. Any ideas of what that truck might be worth? I am pretty sure I will pick it up for around $1500 but it is completely rust free.

truck!?!?!?!

If you can get it that cheap, then snag it up, there were a few from out west at carlisle nat's that went for 3-4 thousand with 350's and the bodys were not all that great!!! :metal: that's an awsome find!!

Cool Lil Kegger. What does it pressurize the system with?? How long will a Keg last in it? :) I have been eyeballing one of those too!

It's pressurized with CO2. It fits a full size keg (1/2 barrel) which at my house will only last about 3-4 weeks . They were on sale at best buy for $500 and I had a $100 gift cert so I figured it was a good buy. Here is a pic of the inside, you can see the co2 tank also, it is supposed to last about 8-10 kegs and only costs about $10 to have filled. I think I might buy a dual tap and go with two smaller kegs so I can have to flavors of beer too.

Damn I liked that Jimmy, but I was constantly fixing something though. I only got to take it wheeling once after getting the 3/4 axles and 4:56 gears too. Oh well, the new ford is saving me money and allows me to make more so I guess it's no big deal.

Sweet, I'm headed to Best Buy this weekend.

LOHRTBT 08-25-2005 11:26 AM

Thats cool man..SO How long will the CO2 keep the beer from turning skunky?? I have heard there is another method but as usual...my memory wont serve me lol!!
