Question for Slick71
In another thread, you posted a shot of your interior...
Can you give me more info on how this Suburban second seat works? How was the installation? Is it comfortable? Etc... Thanks in advance, Kenneth |

Installation wasn't hard at all and it's VERY comfortable. I had the carpet out and just put the seat in there to test fit. One center bracket had to be shortened because it was hitting on the 4wd hump. Then I just used spacers to get everything level.
The seat cost about $150 and has cup holders, which is convenient. It sits just a little higher than the stock seat. Only bad thing is I can't adjust it back and forth. My gas tank is behind the seat so it wasn't that big of a deal. Well worth it, compared to the old worn out seat that came in the truck. |
Thanks for the details! It sounds like it may not work for me. I need occasional access to behind the seat and a higher seat means more steering wheel in my gut :(
Still looking... Kenneth |
