Need help on how to fix this!

Found this when I installed new lowering springs today.... Is there any way to fix it without pulling the front crossmember completely off of truck? Also need to know where to get new longer studs to help re-align the front.

Those studs come in from behind. If memory serves me, there are access holes through the frame where you can install a new one without dropping the crossmemer out.

Also, you probably won't need longer studs to get it aligned. You have plenty of thread left on the other one to install a bunch of shims to get it back to where it should be.
