Need pic of 67 w/ upper trim!

Hey guys--From everything I've read, there was an upper trim package available for 67 trucks, but I've never seen any pictures. Maybe I'm wrong on that, but if not, anyone have any pictures of 67 trucks with full trim packages??? Thanks!

As far as I've seen only lower molding that goes up and around the wheel wells was available for 67-68. Upper molding does not appear until 69.

No upper mouldings for 67-68, only a paint stripe option.
