truck weight

i am building a 1970 chevy shortbed step side with a 250 inline 6 and a th400 i was wondering the weight of the truck to see what the performance will be. i am going a different route than just throwing in a big block i have the 250 with custom flat top forged pistons, ported and polished head, a differernt cam, magnum roller tipped rocker arms, and soon to have a 150hp shot on it.

Sorry, don't have your answer but the direction your taking sounds pretty interesting/cool.

a v8 truck is around 4000lbs but I don't know about the 6! Do you already have intake and carb? And is 235 i6 stuff compatible?
