Re: Trans
Your driveshaft should work long as your th350 is a 6 inch tailshaft, you will have to remove the manual crossmember. Which is the hardest part of the whole swap I thought. I took a sawzaw and cut bothside as close to frame as I could. You will ne an auto tranny radiator and steering column unless u use a floor shifter.

Re: Trans
the crossmember has to go no way around it. you will need an auto crossmember. a flexplate for an auto trans. also will need a shifter. dont have to swap the radiator. you can just get an external trans cooler which will work better than the radiator anyhow

Re: Trans
You'll also need a starter too if your truck still has the original style one on it. The original standard trans trucks used a starter with cast iron nose cone which bolts to the bellhousing with three bolts, rather than to the block like auto trucks and all later model trucks used.
