Yee Haw........I need some input
I just looked up my casting numbers on my block and it's a 350 with 327 heads. Is this ok? Are 327 heads better for the 350? I know my heads are 60cc cause I looked up the numbers on them as well.

Well, think of the dynamics. You have a different combustion chamber, and possibly smaller ports. What about the valve trains? The cam may be effected...
Like I told you earlier I have a 327 manifold married up to a 1980 350. The intake ports are smaller, and I had to advance it quite a bit to get it to stop stumbling on acceleration (even after I rebuilt the carb), but it runs great now. |
