Drop Kits
Im looking for a drop kit for my 72 chevy short box (coils), i want to lower it 4" in the front and 6" in the back. where would be the best place to get a drop kit that are decent priced.
Thanks |
Re: Drop Kits
Most everyone is gonna say ECE. Not the cheapest, but you don't have to worry about quality either.

Re: Drop Kits
I would suggest you look at not only price but shipping cost. The spindles and springs are pretty heavy and could cost a lot to ship.So a cheaper price may cost more with shipping.Just something to keep in mind when you shop.

Re: Drop Kits
ECE all the way. Best all the way around.

Re: Drop Kits
No one else is even close. I've used ECE products since the early 90's on a bunch of different trucks. Never had a single complaint.

Re: Drop Kits

Re: Drop Kits
i got my 2" coils & my 5" coils from brothers trucks. don't have any complaints as of yet. my 2.5" spindles i got from mcgaughy's same from them. i also know that the above post are right as well. i just happen to catch brother's products on sale. the spindles i think are really good from mcgaughy's too.
good luck! |
Re: Drop Kits
Ece all the way man.
Tell Terry "Stan from CO sent ya"....He will think that is funny. |
Re: Drop Kits
I've got McGaughy's springs out back and am very happy with them. Have their stuff on my '03 and love it. Quality stuff.
