lost my notes, ?? about 67 3/4 4x4 burb

Hi All,

I can't find my notes, but I am doing research on my 67 3/4 4x4 suburban for the purpose of installing a big block 402 with T-400, adding power brakes, and powersteering.

I know the front axel is a D44 (closed knuckle I believe), but I can't remember what the rear axle it, or what the tranfer case is. Can someone enlighten me?

Front axle Dana44?

Rear axle is an HO52. The t-case is an NP205, not original to the '67. You are correct that the front axle is a closed knuckle 44.
