I need a 69-72 cab in St. Louis Mo. Anyone out there in the desert close to this guy?

Here you go. Hidden Valley Auto Parts. This place is just south of Phoenix. I have walked this yard personally and it is all organized by make and like parts are kept together. Every vehicle has a number and this guy knows exactly what he has, where it is and can tell you the vehicle number to look for when you go back in the yard. I was looking for a '49 Chevy Suburban right rear fender for a friend and he looked it up and told me he had 3 lefts but only one truck still had a right on it and it was bent bad. When I got back to the location I found he was exactly right.

I looked at a lot of cabs and doors and this stuff is so rust free it brings a tear to your eye. He has fresh finds arriving all the time too. Not sure on his pricing but he does ship anywhere and would have this cab off ready to pick up if you and he and the transporter strike a deal.

Hey thanks for the website. I called him and all his cabs have some rust in the rockers and floors. Good cab corners and supports. He is not cheap ! Think I'll keep looking.

Some pics I have from my last visit to Hidden Valley: If you go, wear good hiking shoes, and take a camera and a few gallons of water to drink. I think we spent about 4 hours just walking around and soaking it all in!

Hey chris H, Small world! I have been to that yard about 6 times now. I remember awhile back they had a rusty 67 1/2 ton i looked at. Looking it over i saw a badge from swanson chev in grand rapids mn, Less than 10 miles from me! Good yard, but they know the value of parts very well also.

Heres another Phoenix yard to check out. Look in the parts section. They have a lot of individual photos of vehicles. I haven't been in this one yet but I will next time out there. Desert Valley Auto Parts.
