Southern Kentucky Classic Suburban For Sale

As much as I'd like to keep this info to myself, I'm going to share it with everybody. It's not like I could get my wife to let me buy it anyway.

Not to be too hokus pokus, but the though of how many fatalities that thing may have transported would keep me from owning it, on the same note I'd pass on a hearst as well. It is neat, but not something I could own without it creeping me out.

I was thinking the same thing before I even read your post. It would be a sweet ride, but kinda creepy.

All it needs is a ghost busters logo on the side and a 4x4 conversion to truely be complete!

Just think of all the "ghosts" that would enjoy cruising around in that thing.

I guess being a cop I'm just not that paranoid. I've seen enough dead bodies that it really bother me. Wish I could buy it from you guys.

If you can proove the ghosts are there, you could always drive in the HVO/car pool lanes on the highways!!

Didja hear the one about the hearse driver that became a cabby? He about crapped himself the first time a passenger tapped him on the shoulder.

I missed buying this by a week. I was bringing a friends car down to Kentucky and was going to trailer it back with me, but my trip got delayed a week and it sold on the weekend I was originally supposed to go down.

If anyone from here bought it and is having second thoughts, let me know. :) May still be in the market for a cool ambulance if you have one. I'm still kicking myself for passing up a way cool 1957 GMC Ambulance that I had my eye on for a year! :banghead:

Pretty cool. The truck even came from South Dakota but I have no idea where Lake City is. I've never even heard of it. I am pretty sure it is not a "city" though. LOL

The owners are members on the board. There up earlier in this thread. I'm not sure they sold it.

I think they sold it. I spoke to Richard? on the phone to tell him I wouldn't be coming down when I told him I would. He told me he had someone else coming that weekend to look at it, but no money yet. (Guess I should have offered up a deposit at that point, because I'm pretty sure I would have bought it.) I was kind of hoping that he was mixed up and that the "other person" he was referring to was actually me (I had scheduled to look at it through e-mail), but he called me back the following Tuesday and said it was gone.

Oh well, I'm sure somebody is enjoying it somewhere (or getting ready to).
