I'd say it depends on what you want to use the truck for. Coils suspensions seem to ride a little nicer, leaf springs handle heavy loads better.

And leafs don't hop as bad under heavy acceleration.

trailing arms don't wrap up during accelleration.nascar uses trailing arms.

Trailing arms are awsome, I wish i could easily slap some under my one ton.

well i guess ill stay with the coil then. ive got two short bed frames 1 coil, 1 leaf.and i was wanting some input on which one to use. thaks guys.
