WTB Stock throttle bracket....
 

I'm looking for a stock throttle bracket for my 84 C10. It has the stock 305 4bbl from a 86 and its mated to a th-350c. I need the bracket that has both throttle cable and kickdown for the turbo350. Anyone have one?

If you still need one, I'm going to pull parts from an 85 after work. I'll see if it has it. Price will depend on what I have to give for it.

Need anything else since I'm going? I'm going to pull the shift linkage, A/C system and brackets and cruise for myself. I already have the inst panel.

Naw, just need that bracket. My truck was orig. 6cyl auto. I bought it w/sick 305. Swapped in a 350 and drove the wheels off it for 13k or so. Recently picked up a 86 SWB. Swapped a 305 back in the 84 and getting it ready for the son to drive. Through all this the kickdown linkage has never been hooked up (6cyl length cable). I just want to get the drivability straightened out before my boy gets his license.

I hear ya. The 84 is my son's. He just got his license in Dec. 05. We have a 350/350 in it.

Does it have to be stock? I've got one from my old setup all chrome though. I'd have to make sure everything is still bolted on it but I know the main part is in the garage.

I would like it be to stock but if not then its not to big a deal. Its just with aftermarket ones I have seen are a little on the thin and flimsy side. I wasn't thinking to clearly or ahead and cut my bracket for the detent cable off. I think it was for a rpm intake manifold or something but its been a few years back. So having a th400 I thought I wouldn't need it but now I do.

That looks like it will work. Would it be any trouble to send the bolt that holds it to the intake also?

I did not think about getting the bolts but any hardware store will have them, the one near the rear of the intake needed a 9/16 wrench and the one near the front used a 1/2 wrench.
