Question on making new options sticker with truck modifications

I have the Excel options sticker worksheet and would like to create my own sticker based on the modifications I've done to my truck. Can someone assist me on what factory options list numbers I would want to use along with terminology to make it appear these were factory options? For example: Power disc brakes #43555540 (just a made up number)

Modifications done to my 67 C-10

Carburetor: Weber 32/36
Exhaust manifold: Dual exhaust
Transmission: 1970 Saginaw 3speed with 1970 bell housing
w/Hurst 3speed shifter
Brake power unit: 1977 Chevrolet ¾ T master cylinder/vacuum
booster
Front brakes: 1977 Chevrolet disk brakes
Front wheel spindles: Summit Racing 2-1/2” drop spindle for
1973-1987 Chevrolet pickup
Sway bar: Stock heavy duty 1-1/4”
Shocks: KYB #KG-5409 front/rear
Rear shock relocators: Early Classic Enterprises
Original 1967 axle housing with 1970 5-lug axles in it
Polyurethane trailing arm bushings
Gas tank: 1973 Suburban with filler tube rotated 90*
Steering wheel: Grant

Re: Question on making new options sticker with truck modifications

Brad, Option stickers would have been more like a single letter and two numbers for the codes.
I can see on your list things like Transmission, Power Brakes, Front Disc, Sway Bar, and the Fuel tank that you could probably come up with some numbers for.
A V-8 with a 3-spd might be ZW4, 3-spd.manual trans.
Power Brakes might be a J70, Power Brakes.
F51, Heavy Duty Shocks, Front/Rear
F59, Front Stabilizer
Then I might try option codes from the later model donors for Larger cap. fuel tank, if so. Things like that.
Do you have any of the Resto Packs for your truck or any later models? They could be a big help.

Yukon Jack has a link on his website for the Excel sheet. Find a post of his and his web page link is at the bottom.
