Question on making new options sticker with truck modifications
I have the Excel options sticker worksheet and would like to create my own sticker based on the modifications I've done to my truck. Can someone assist me on what factory options list numbers I would want to use along with terminology to make it appear these were factory options? For example: Power disc brakes #43555540 (just a made up number)

Re: Question on making new options sticker with truck modifications
Brad, Option stickers would have been more like a single letter and two numbers for the codes.
I can see on your list things like Transmission, Power Brakes, Front Disc, Sway Bar, and the Fuel tank that you could probably come up with some numbers for. A V-8 with a 3-spd might be ZW4, 3-spd.manual trans. Power Brakes might be a J70, Power Brakes. F51, Heavy Duty Shocks, Front/Rear F59, Front Stabilizer Then I might try option codes from the later model donors for Larger cap. fuel tank, if so. Things like that. Do you have any of the Resto Packs for your truck or any later models? They could be a big help. |
