Hayden thermostatic fan control?

Picked up a Hayden fan control, problem is there was no wiring diagram included. Does anyone have experience with this relay? Possibly a wiring diagram?

You might look on their website and see if instructions are available.

Well I just went a head and winged it, they work great, installed 1- 16" and 1 12" I know the off sizes looks funny but the 12" was given to me..didn't really want to pay for one.

Part 2 of that question is for anyone that has an electrical fan hooked up, for your relay/control are you running constant power to it?

I had one of those but ran into trouble with the sensor. It would come on with the truck off and hot outside but the truck would not be running  So I ended up using 2 relays and inlines fuses. This way I can turn it on when I want. The relays are wired to the battery for direct power but the relay itself it powered to the ignition side of the fuse box this way it's powered only when the key is on.

IMO I like the setup I have now much better. I noticed mine ran better now than before. I had the receipt and bought the new stuff with the $$$ I got for that one. I don't remember the price difference on it but there was some.
