I think that camper was made by a company called Off-Road Campers. This is what the Chalet's looked like...

Now that is a very cool looking camper. Wish I could find one like that only about 11 ft long for my '68 50th Anniversary Longhorn! Paint to match!

Re: Is this a Chalet???
There were alot of companies making low-profile/pop-up campers for trucks and RVs(that`s what we used to call Blazers,Scouts,& Broncos). We never had them in the east.I always wanted one for a Blazer. They were all over the place in Colorado and I`m sure the rest of the west.I had an 8-footer,but I sold it last year.I want to get another for my GMC.

Re: Is this a Chalet???
Since moving to colorado from arizona i am constantly amazed at how many pop top campers are running around this state...and i live in the far west portion of the state. I love my chalet and eventually i'm going to tear it down to the ground and start over and modernize her next year i think. The tbi is great but the biggest issue is on road handling. I had her pretty much dialed in this winter until i put on some new shoes and made things worse. The big-o mud terrains really affect the on-road handling as apposed to the goodyear rts i was running. It killed my 12mpg also but i was expecting that. Overall i love my chalet...hell'uva rig.
