Best way to set panhard bar

just put 4" drop coils in the rear, got a new adjustable pitman/panhard bar for the rear, whats the best way to measure to make sure the bar is adjusted right, also should i have bought an angled shim for the rear end to compensate for the drop? oh ya.. will i need to have the truck aligned again if im putting 3" coil in the front?? thanks

The panhard should be as parallel to the ground and axle at ride height as possible.

You'll need to do some tape measure work on wheel location (I'd measure back lip to frame edge. You'll want those to be the same on both sides.

As for realigning front end... absolutely.

I don't think that is as important as what XXL states to do. Measuring the distance between wheel lip to frame on each side and making sure they are equal is a foolproof way to make sure your rear end is set right.
For any drop up front involving drop or cut coils, it is imperitive to get it properly aligned. Unless you don't care about spending money on tires.
