Intermittent Wipers

I have an 81 c10 with intermittent wipers that have stopped working. The high and low speeds work, but no intermittent. Would it be the little control board plugged inline with the switch?

It should be. The box on my 84 plugs in between the wiper switch lead and column harness.

It may also be the switch...
