Remove dimples from Dash Pad??

I got a good deal on an OEM Dash Pad on Ebay. It's got three small dimples in it by the left side of the Bezel down low.

My truck will be a daily driver so I am not too concerned about it but, I was thinking maybe some mild heat would allow them to flatten out. Anyone Know? Should I just leave them be as opposed to maybe ruining it?

you could hit it with a hair drier, or a heat gun but be easy on it and heat it a bit then let it cool and repeat. Or if you have an abundance of sun you could just set it out side in direct sun, should take care of it.

Try the heat gun - but, from the back side.
