4.3 tbi swap for v8 tbi
 

Hi I am new here, I got a 87 with a bad motor currently 4.3 tbi. I would like to switch this for a 5.3 what needs to be changed? the biggest reason i want to change this is because I can't find a left side exhaust manifold for my 4.3

too much stuff to swap for a 5.3 (IMO) i would just switch to a 5.7 (350) you have to change the prom, get the distributor for it, new motor mounts, and exhaust manifolds or headers
