Cant find it!!

I know this has been asked a million times but I cant find the thread !! I have a 67 283 cid with a stock cam and 2 bbl carb with HEI and a mild curve kit, Can someone tell me what my timing should be at idle in park with vac. advance disconnected????? Assuming idle is 750-800.... Thanks for the help!!!!
