Seems free would be a good starter for that stroker motor that we all want to see built!!!

BIGCHEVYMAN-Luv's about 2 1/2 hours from us.
Luv-Big lives about 15 minutes from me. If he interested maybe you could bring it up before MV |
Re: TN - Used Boat Anchor (307 V8)
Do you realize you can take that 307 and bore it 1/8th of an inch and put some new slugs in it and you will effectively have a 327. I had one built like that in my 57 bigwindow. It was a great motor and with the right heads and carboration (Cam, Intake and Carb) I was getting 20MPG and it was fast. Just a thought. If I were not on the other side of the USA from you I would take it off your hands.

Re: TN - Used Boat Anchor (307 V8)
JRB, Yes I have thought of that, but this will be (When finished someday)
a Bagged, C-notched Roadster, No top, No door glass, No rear seats, and I am leaning towards a 4.3 V6, YES I know that is  , why be normal  |

Luv, I'm confused on the 4.3 also.
|
Re: TN - Used Boat Anchor (307 V8)
Hell, probably the junk 307 would run circles around a 4.3.
