Jose, check here >http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/restora...tocategory.cfm
Round about $100 I'd say with their inflated shipping rates |

I bought some of the flush mount ones that are flat the entire length. I think they look better than stock ones and the whole thing lights up instead of just part of it. Makes it look real clean. I can post pics and part numbers if any of you guys are thinking about buying some. |
Re: WTB NOS side markers lenses
Just buy them locally at your dealership and avoid the GM Parts Direct shipping cost.

That is what i do. The money you save in shipping usually offsets the higher cost. GM Parts Direct just gives you a low price to lure you in and then rapes you on the shipping to get them closer to the actual cost. |

Here is one temporarily intalled on my Jimmy. Yes they are the later model lenses. http://home.earthlink.net/~ls171cama...F/DSC00003.JPG The part number for the front amber lens is 915489 The part number for the rear red lens is 5977809 |
Re: WTB NOS side markers lenses
I run these on my non-67 rigs. I like the smooth look and am not into chrome. At the junk-yards the vans come with a foam gasket on the rear marker to keep water out of the van interior. I use the gasket front and rear just like 68-72 did to help seal the marker. I don't know the GM part number but maybe somebody could post it for the foam gasket to complete the whole set-up.
Not any help to Jose and his search but a TTT - Bob |
