I have never seen truck rallies like that before. I've only seen them with the rectangle holes. What year did they make them?

I believe they are from late 80's to mid 90's 1500 full size, but im not positive.

I'm pretty sure wheels are measured bead to bead. That would make them 7" rims, not 8". No offense, just pointing it out.
