Is it gone yet?

Riding along fine, when I decided to see what my truck could do, I gunned it and after about a 100 yards it choked down and I coasted on to my job before noticing that my transmission didn't have power. What's the verdict. Dead or Alive

I checked the vacum and added a little fluid, however still no power. Yes, it still starts.

What do you mean by no power? Are you sure its the trans. and not a broken axle? Need more info than that.
