too much rust?

I started the teardown on my 67 to rebuild, here are pics of the rust I found. Is this cab too far gone to fix? The floor supports look solid. There is also a large dent in the rear of the cab where the bed has hit it at sometime. I am also going to be converting this to factory air. The reason I want to save this cab is because the cab matches the frame & I have a good title in my name.

Also the PO cut up the trailing arm crossmember for some reason.

Let me know what ya think....

Thanks

Most of that damage is repairable. There are repro parts for it.That said the largest factor in repairing it will be the $$$ spent on labor. If you are a bodyman/weldor you should be able to repair it.If you are paying for it it may be cheaper to find another cab.
