Milemarker makes a part-time conversion for the NP203. Here is a web address for you to try http://www.off-road.com/chevy/mm-np203/ that has some pictures of installation. This conversion sells for under $300 but you will also have to purchase lockout hubs for your application. You can also find more information by google-ing conversion NP203

Not too difficult. I used this article to help me out during my last installation.

Milemarker makes a couple of different lits for the 203. I have picked up a couple off ebay for around $50 with the hubs. The one I have now is a full shaft kit.

Do you have to have both kits? Or just one? I am looking at the full shaft kit. Also, does the off-road.com page work for any one else? Is doesnt for me.
Thanks,
Harvard
