Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!
5 Attachment(s)
Well a fishing trip and several prototypes lator here it is!! The price is $89.95 and that is because they are Hand made. The lefts are what whats ready now, but it will be a couple of weaks before I have any kind of quantity. If you want to order one email me or call me for now and I will ship it ASAP. The rear floor supports are also done and will be $29.95 each. Those are also hand made. Hopefully we will be able to bring the price down sometime in the future as the demand for them picks up. Here is a picture of one front and back. Also installed in my Blazer so you can see how they fit. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!

Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!
I purchased a pair over the phone a couple of months ago. Just give 'em a call.
I haven't installed them, yet, but they appear to be excellent quality. |
Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!
We now have them listed on our website. They are a little expencive, but each is hand made and and fitted into a jig, so lots of time goes into the manufacture of them. Here is a link to the rear rocker box support: http://www.classicheartbeat.com/sheetmetal.htm and here is a link to the rear Blazer cab floor support: http://www.classicheartbeat.com/Patch%20Panels.htm I also have some updated pictures of my 70 2WD to show you guys. I just need to shrink them down a little befor I can post them. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I will be keeping these in mind since I am getting ready to blast the body on mine and find out just how bad or good everything is.

Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!
Yep, sure did Wes. They look like really nice pieces. Much nicer than I could fabricate on my own. Looking forward to getting them. Thanks Wes.

Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!
I don't get it? I just took the end piece off of mine to clean out the dirt and it doesn't look like that? I couldn't bolt this piece in. I need to repair this area but it's all welded together - I think - with a 3/8 rod diagonally across the floor of the box. No bolts in the sides? Has mine been repaired?

Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!

Re: Blazer Rocker Box Reinforcement Piece Done!!!!!
Your welcome Huskerboy2 and tallhoedude. Your parts are going out in todays shipments. Hope you like them.
stomper, Sounds like yours has been repaired. The only welding in on the entire rocker box assembly is the rocker box itself. That should be every other notch along the outriggers and across the front lip where it welds to the floor. The end cap and rear support are both bolted in. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com |
