03 chevy NO START

pulled the truck out of the barn monday and went to start it today and it wont start. i hear a clicking sound coming from the starter area but thats it. put it on the charger to see if it needed juice and that didnt work. i checked fuses and all seem fine. truck is an 03 HD with the 6.0 gas engine. any help or ideas willl be appreciated. thanks

should have stated that the truck only has 28,000 miles on it. thanks
