in 72 would my blazer have come with a metal or plastic torque convorter .i got a 350 tranny and a 350 motor. thanks

Plastic. Later years had "K" case TH350's. They had aluminum covers. If you find one, it should bolt up.

Seems to me that plastic torque converter would not last very long....J.K..
