67-68 Tow Hooks on Blazers ?
 

I don't have a Blazer anymore, used to own a '72 with the 350 and 4 spd but sold it before I knew what I had. :whine:

My question is for all the Blazer knowledgeable people. Will 67-68 style tow hooks fit correctly to the frame of a '72 Blazer with suffiecient clearance and functionality? I realize they are differant configuration than the 69-72 or 72 only hooks. Asking this for a bud, hotrodmtodd, who has a Blazer and asked me but I can't answer the question for him. Anyone ?

Far is i know, the 67-68 hooks won't fit 69 and up because of where the spring perches are located. Hope this helps...

I had a set of 67/68's and tried it, they inter-feared with the bumper ;)

Thanks for the replies and info. I thought I had seen somewhere on the board that the 67-68 hooks would not work on 69-72 frames but could not find it. Tried doing a search but had no luck. Thanks.
